Today, I was welcomed by the receptionist for an appointment. I waited only a short time to see the doctor . My concerns were dealt with quickly and efficiently and referred for a hospital appointment. It is the first time in three years that I can say I was really pleased with the surgery. Thank you. Not 5 stars, due to the building itself.
Good local practice. Building is a little tired. Staff all very helpful. Online booking and appointment reminders are very efficient. Doctor I spoke to was excellent and I was able to get a necessary physio appointment on the same day in a sister practice in Bournemouth. Very impressed.
Absolutely awful, my son had operation, need help with dressing on his neck, can't get appointment, not impressed at all, disgusting really
I agree about the 0844 number.They do now have, I am told, an 01202 number but do not publish it.Makes me wonder if they 'make money' from the use of 0844.Why do you not publish the 01202 number on your website????
